4. Panaskan minyak seeloknya biar minyak banyak.

5. Celup sotong dengan telur yang telah di pukul, salut dengan campuran tepung dan

gorenglah sehingga kekuningan..jangan biarkan lama sangat..nanti overcooked.

6. Angkat dan toskan dan hidangkan bersama sos cili.
